- How to become a volunteer?
Simply by filling out the registration form.
- What is the minimum age to volunteer?
The minimum age to volunteer is 16. However, some positions are reserved for adults. Children aged 12 to 15 can register as volunteers but must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is present at the same time as them on the site.
- What are the different volunteer sectors?
Competitions: Site management, link with sports responder and volunteers.
Logistics: Transport material, assembly-disassembly, parking (closing party).
Participants experience: Home participants and public, Fan zone, opening ceremony and closing party, mascot accompanist.
Marketing: Shop, social networks, public relations, visibility.

- What are the different competition venues?

- Do you have to be available every day to volunteer?
No, you can make yourself available for half a day, all day or just for an evening.
- Can I be paired with my friend, relative or colleague during my volunteer shift?
Of course! Simply mention it during the telephone interview with the person responsible for recruiting volunteers. We will try to satisfy your request.
- Can I come with a group (company, organization, etc.)?
Yes, you can contact the volunteer management team directly, to discuss the appropriate formula for your group.
- If I am no longer available to serve as a volunteer, what should I do?
Contact the volunteer management team as soon as possible to pass on the information. It is very important that we are informed of absences because each volunteer is necessary, so it must be replaced so as not to compromise the smooth running of the event.
- Will there be a briefing and training session?
In March, all volunteers are invited to volunteer training. This training is mandatory. This is an opportunity to learn more about the Montreal Games event and meet your team! Training times and locations will be communicated to volunteers in the volunteer schedule confirmation email.
