A revamped and active 2021 edition!

Montréal, March 31, 2021 – In a renewed format adapted to the reality of 2021, the Jeux de Montréal are back for a 44th edition. Organized by Sports Montreal, this sports festival which usually brings together several thousand young people aged 6 to 12 is offering Passe-Sports challenges this year as well as a summer tour of day camps. Continuing with a family formula, free and accessible to all, the event will be held from April 7 to the end of August.

  • The challenges of the Virtual Sports Pass – from April 7 to the end of June

As part of the Virtual Pass-Sports challenges, children will be invited to complete exciting virtual challenges that will allow them to try, at home or outside, some twenty sports presented by the ambassadors of the Montreal Games. By identifying the delegation in which they reside on the island of Montreal, the children will accumulate points, which will allow a ranking of the delegations at the end of June. In addition, a big competition will be organized among the children who will have participated in the challenges of the Virtual Pass-Sports. Consult the details of the Virtual Pass-Sports challenges.

  • Summer tour – July and August

The Montreal Games animation team will visit the various targeted summer day camps in order to bring the magic of the Montreal Games to life for young people. Introductions to sports, educational activities, sports demonstrations and surprises of all kinds will enhance the Montreal summer!
