Sport presentation

A ball sport, derived from cricket, played on a sand and turf field with bases. It is played between two teams of nine players who alternate between defense and offense. The objective is to hit a ball so that one of the nine people on the team can run around four bases. The team with the most runs after nine innings wins.

Baseball Québec Région Montréal is a partner of the Jeux de Montreal in the organization of the baseball competition. This organization’s mission is to develop minor baseball in the eastern part of the Montreal agglomeration.
