Sport presentation
A combat sport in which participants compete using only their bodies. Competitors aim to win bouts by taking their opponent down to the ground and pinning both of their shoulders to the mat (known as a “fall”) or by scoring more points than their opponent. Different rules apply to different styles of wrestling.

Sport Association
The mission of the Inter-Concordia Wrestling Club it to promote freestyle wrestling and train wrestlers for competition at regional, national, and international levels. At its trainings, participants develop physical fitness and technique, and have fun wrestling, whatever their level.
