A team sport contested on a grass pitch or on a hard court by two teams of eleven players using a round ball. The aim of the game is for players to manoeuvre the ball into the opposing team’s goal, using mainly their feet and without using their hands (with the exception of the goalkeeper). The team that scores the most goals wins the match.
The Association Régionale de Soccer Concordia (ARSC) is a non-profit organization with more than 13,000 members spread over 12 clubs. The ARSC oversees the promotion and development of soccer in Montreal.
